March 26th, 2025 - Purchased 2 tickets for today (April 18th, 2025). Account shows tickets confirmed. Will contact me via email when tickets are received by seller. Contacted Stub Hub via virtual assistant twice. (First response was to wait till 5 pm & if not received contact them again. Never received tickets. Contacted Virtual Assistant again close to 5:30. Instructed me to contact Customer Service. Chatted with Khayla (something like that) who researched my account & said she was escalating it to their Internal Review team. I asked how long it would be for me to hear back from them. Stated within 30 minutes I should get an email. Still have not received anything. I sent an e-mail to customer service. Will wait till Monday & hope they did not scam me.
