I purchased tickets to a MLB game. Following the purchase, your website offered me to purchase a parking pass for $20 in a pop up window. I followed the link. Knowing you charge fees, I continued to watch for them through the purchasing process, and they were never displayed to me. Your customer service told me that I had to find a certain button to open a pop up to turn on a feature to see fees. This is crazy that you hide fees like this. I am researching to see what US laws regulate this. You never presented fees to me, and you charged me an amount I never agreed to. When I have asked to formally complain, your customer service has refused to provide me the proper resources to do so.
