I called many many times and threatened them with legal action. Miraculously the payment appeared after this week after the last call. I’m still reporting them to the state Attorney General. They’re obviously enjoying the interest float by waiting to pay for days after the event and after they got paid, and in delaying larger payments. The customer service was horrific. ... View more

This may have been the case in the past however I am guessing Stubhub now is refusing to pay the sellers if the buyer scams as I have the exact same situation and StubHub is refusing to pay me and return my phone calls and my e-mails and it has been about 2 momths, it is making me seriously think about removing all of my listings and not honoring my current sales ...
