I bought parking passes for all Houston rodeo events. I only received a ticket for 1 event. Events started today. I have been working with customer support trying to get a resolution. I said I did not want a refund, I want my tickets like they kept promising. I received an email to send back the one ticket I received. Now they say the refund is being processed. I have called in 5 times now and they simply will not help me and they will not transfer me to anyone else that can help. They keep saying that I asked for a refund which is a lie. I record all my calls and I never said that. They say there is no one that can help me no matter how many times I ask for another way to escalate this. Does anyone have a way to speak with someone that simply does not read a script that tells me they understand how frustrated I am when they have freaking clue.
