Locked out of account

Good evening, Yesterday my account got locked out of nowhere for no reason and I can’t login anymore. I sold a ticket on February 10th to a buyer and everything was delivered perfectly. I’m suppose to get paid this week. Can someone please help me unlock my StubHub account? My StubHub email to the locked account is joeybadmon5@gmail.com

Community Log-In Changes May 1st
We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
