I purchased my tickets on January 11. Two tickets for my wife and me. We drove from Cincinnati to Atlanta for the game. StubHub said we would receive the tickets on the same day as the game ... January 20. No tickets were provided. I spoke with StubHub customer care before the game on the 20th and was told they were finding me other tickets. There were tickets available on both StubHub and TicketMaster ... but StubHub did not make us whole by provding the tickets. I assume because the price I paid was less than the price of the tickets they would have to buy.
The "Guarantee" by StubHub is dishonest. Out to have a lawsuit filed against them. Speaking to my lawyer on this. Anyone else have this problem? Looks to me like a good case for false advertiziing ... and for a class action suit. Thoughts?
