I am physically sick to my stomach with anxiety PLEASE i AM BEGGING FOR HELP

I am begging and pleading for ANYONE with AUTHORITY to please , please help us ...I am sick and throwing up literally over this situation .

 

I have spoken to close to 20 different representatives , chat and phone ....And nobody will help us ..

 

.We bought tickets that were ON THE FLOOR section . At least we thought we did . The seller posted them in the wrong section . Every rep has CONFIRMED this to be the case .

 

And all we want is a refund . 250 dollars isnt a lot of money to people these days and we get that . But to our family is a LOT of money . We are counting nickels to go to Las Vegas this year to take our kids for spring break .,,

We can NOT afford to buy Legitimate tickets while our money is being held by stub hub . Which means every single day , we get closer to the event being sold out , leaving us to miss a once in a lifetime chance to see our New Mexico Lobos play in the Mountain West Tournament .....I am sick physically because I knew that this was gonna happen . I knew better than to trust stub hub with this experience . But here i sit unable to get a simple refund for being :  worst case scammed by a knowing seller , or the least a simple mistake . I am here today to PLEAD AND BEG FOR SOMEONE with AUTHORITY to just look at our account , see what happened , and refund our money immediately . i dont think stub hub would purposely want anyone to have this same experience , but with no way to contact anyone in the corporate office , i am here begging for HELP ....pLEASE ...
