Warning never ever buy a parking pass again from StubHub. They don’t list the address or location of lot or garage on the site and it difficult to know were you are getting parking pass for. I recently purchased a pass for a event in Cleveland, Ohio and when I got my parking pass it was well over a 20 plus minute walk to the venue. If there was a address or a location of where the lot was I wouldn’t of purchased that pass would of looked for something closer to venue. Who wants to walk over 20min in pouring rain to a concert then walk back in the rain especially in downtown Cleveland. When I expressed my concerns and requested a refund i was told sorry we can’t but we understand but sorry not allowed which in my opinion is BS they can refund me and they should. This fight is not over.
