Do Not Buy From StubHub - Horrible Customer Service
I purchased NIN tickets from StubHub on 1/30/2025
I received incorrect tickets from StubHub on 1/30/2025
I immediately contacted StubHub that same day to inform them and they asked for the end that week to correct my order.
I followed up with StubHub on 2/3, they asked for another week.
I followed up again on 2/10, StubHub asked for another week to correct my order.
I followed up again on 2/17, when StubHub asked for more time again, I asked for a refund and returned the incorrect tickets. Stub Hub now has the incorrect tickets and said they would issue a refund within 8 business days.
Contacted StubHub again on 2/21 to be informed that my refund had not been processed and was "under review". I responded that my tickets had been returned and StubHub needed to provide a refund in a timely manner, at most in 7 to 10 business days like their policy states.
Contacted StubHub on 2/24 and was told again 8 business days. Followed up today 3/5 and they are still saying it's under review.
I have allowed StubHub their requested time and more to correct my order, when that did not happen, to issue a refund. They are still not willing to process a refund so I having to open a case with the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company to get this corrected since StubHub will not and does not care.
