So first I would like to state something because I seen a post on here saying why don’t people actually leave suggestions and feedback so the employee and the company can get better at their job so fortunately if they we’re actually doing their job and standing by their fan protection policy, people wouldn’t be on here, trying to warn people about their awful experiences and telling them to not waste their money or time with this company.
So unfortunately, I bought tickets off the site that were advertised as a weekend pass which it’s not a weekend pass and I’m really struggling with their fan protection policy and waiting for an email to talk about my refund. I’ve talked to a handful of employees now and they all had different things to say, which is really confusing because you think they’d all be trained the same I could really go into detail about this, but I just might need a different review because I feel like I’m gonna have to leave a couple
I also made the mistake of getting two different concert tickets from here not just one and I did get the tickets for the first concert I went to, but I never got the seats I paid for because someone else already had those seats which obviously with the issues I was having the other tickets I bought I started to realize how big of a scam they’re actually playing
This is the type of company that would smile in a baby face after stealing candy right out of his hands. It’s also the type of company that would call the elderly and feel joy out of taking everything they can from them. Please be smart and order from the actual ticket site Because if you don’t, you just might have a big headache on your hands and feel helpless and with a company that you thought had a fan protection policy..
I don’t think anybody I talk to was the issue. They all seemed really nice. It’s just very unfortunate that they never got the training I feel like they probably deserved instead of making them look very incompetent at their job when they’re probably actually good people
Also, I’m really confused about their review section because I had to make another account because it wouldn’t let me log into the account that I actually bought tickets from..
