To whom it may concern,
I am extremely frustrated with your organization and business right now. I have been on the phone with your Customer Service and a manager for 2 hours today. I originally purchased Floor seats and when the confirmation came through, the seats named didn't exist so I sent several emails to Customer Service and finally when the seats were transferred to me, it was clear they were not the seats I had purchased, I went through the process of getting the tickets transferred back to you and then I got the email with the alternative tickets link and while I was on the phone with StubHub to share that these tickets were not comparable to Floor Seats - 4 seats showed up in my StubHub account as if I had selected them from the link. I did not select them from the link and told the woman on the phone that I did not select them, this is a mistake, I was only looking through the tickets because none of them were comparable to the floor seats I originally purchased. She then proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do for 25 minutes. I then said, forget it, I will just get my refund and they also said, there is nothing we can do at this point, you selected the tickets. I have never seen a business be so inflexible and not follow through on their promise. I did not get the tickets I originally purchased nor did I get a refund and the same message was repeated 20 times on the phone with me. This is not even remotely adequate customer service and I just want my refund now as this has been so unprofessional that I do not to do business with this organization any longer. Additionally, I was on a call for another hour and was told, that your investigative tool says that I selected those tickets. That had to be a mistake with the system and I keep getting told there is nothing you can do. This is outrageous that I can't speak to anyone who cares about true customer service and/or following through on the fan protection gaurantee. I was litterally on the phone with STUBHUB when I supposedly selected the replacement tickets (I was looking at seats). I feel completely scammed.
What do I do
