I was unable to access my tickets the day if my event and the virtual assistant was no help and the link provided redirected me to the virtual assistant. I ended up having to purchase tickets at the box office. I called customer service and was told there was nothing they could do and I wasn't able to get a refund. Horrible platform and will not being using again.
