Brantley Gilbert

I bought 4 tickets for Brantley Gilbert for my daughter sweet 16, I’m low on funds due to planning a wedding. The concert was rescheduled for February 28,2026 practically a year later. Defeats the purpose for my daughter’s sweet 16 as she will almost be 17 and also my wedding happens to be the 28th. Therefore I can’t make this. I was sent multiple emails saying I could do a refund up until April 30. I’ve tried 2 times and they aren’t allowing me to complete a refund as the tickets are valid. Great they are valid, guess what does me no good because again 1) purchased for my daughters sweet 16 and 2) because I'm getting married this same day! I wok never purchase tickets from stub hub ever again. I normally get all my sports tickets for hockey and football from this site. I will never again! This is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to worry about getting my tickets sold when it’s not my issue someone over booked this concert and just realized it 2 weeks before the concert, which also now I have to find something else for my daughters sweet 16 and come up with 300 more dollars to be able to do it on top paying for a wedding and just regular bills in general!

Re: Brantley Gilbert

The refund emails most likely came from either the venue or original ticket vendor.  Stubhub is a 3rd party seller that has its own refund policy.  Stubhub refunds only if the event has not been rescheduled.  Your only option is to resell the tickets.  There should be a resale option on your sales page, be sure to relist using that and you should not have to pay the selling fees.  Call for help if needed, 866-Stubhub.
