I purchased a parking ticket for an NFL game from StubHub. The garage was a one mile walk to the stadium for a busy playoff game. StubHub did NOT disclose that the parking pass was not valid until 1 hour prior to the game start. I was unable to use my pass, and had to pay for parking due to arriving 1.5 hours ahead of game start, which is a completely reasonable timeframe to arrive for a game. Despite their lack of disclosure of this time frame at purchase, they refused to refund my parking pass fee. StubHub needs to do better and disclose this kind of information PRIOR to purchase.
