When getting the parking pass, the only address on the page was 214 Third Street parking garage. After scanning the phone's Q code it let us in and let us out with no problem. The problem was that it was on the opposite side of the city and did not give me the garage attached to the venue which I was purchasing tickets for and after walking around the city and finding the wrong venue we made our way back to our vehicle frozen from being underdressed in 20 degree weather. My girl slipped on the ice and injured her knee. We drove home then and missed the Trans Siberian Orchestra concert that was her only Christmas present I could afford to buy her this year. So I'm out hundreds of dollars for the night overall with nothing but sadness, pain, grief and regret to show for it!<br>I'm EXTREMELY disappointed and very angry about the entire ordeal!
