Your website states 100% satisfaction, but you do not stand behind that. I am very disappointed in your policy. I purchased a ticket for blippi on tour for my grandsons birthday. Your ticket stated the event began at 7 when in fact it started at 6. We arrived at 7 only to find out it actually started at 6. We saw 20 minutes of the show. I spent $130 for 20 minutes. You are nothing but a scam for not issuing at least a partial refund. Total unethical business practice. No longer a supporter of stub hub
