On January 25, 2025, I received an email from StubHub informing me that the buyer of order #548533284 reported an issue at the event. In response, I provided proof of purchase. On January 29, 2025, I received another email stating, "The information you provided shows that you fulfilled the order correctly." However, on January 31, 2025, I received a follow-up email stating, "Because the tickets you delivered weren't valid, this sale was canceled." Additionally, I was charged $410.95 for this issue. Given that I have already provided proof of purchase, could you clarify why the sale is still considered invalid? I am disputing both this charge and the cancellation of the sale. How can Stubhub do this without further clarification with me?
