There's not much that you can do if Stubhub is refusing to refund you. You can dispute it with your credit card company but then Stubhub will lock your account during the dispute and if you win the dispute then they will probably close your account.

There is no mechanism on Stubhub to make your tickets stand out. If you really need to sell then price your tickets at or below the lowest tickets that are comparable to your seat location.

See if the Recommended Tickets filter is on and if it is turn it off to see if your tickets show up. The Recommended Tickets fiters out tickets that are priced higher in your row. Even though you lowered the price it could be that someone else with tickets in your row also lowered the price below yours. The other thing is if your tickets are mobile then those listings expire a few hours before the event time so it could be coincidence that your lisitng expired at the time that you were changing the price.

There is not one ticket site, Ticketmaster or third party, that will allow you to cancel a sale. And why did you buy tickets if you thought that they are overpriced???

When you transfer tickets that person now ons the ticket. So I would say that yes, that person can sell it.

If you are talking about ticket delivery then that goes to an email address. Payments are not sent to an email. They are sent to a bank account or Paypal. So can you carifiy what your issue is?

People have posted that when listing to not leave a single, the listing is defaulting to sell any amount and you have to edit the listing back to not leaving a pair. So there could be a Stubhub system issue that they are not fixing. You need to call Stubhub 866-STUBHUB and tell them what happened. Stubhub will need to contact your buyer that got the two tickets and ask the buyer to return one ticket so that you can fulfill your other sale. Problem is that you have to hope that the buyer does the right thing and send back the ticket.

You can’t can’t cancel the sale or get your tickets back. Sounds like you already delivered the tickets but FYI if you cancel a sale before delivering tickets you are charged a 100% penalty.
