Cancellation of a show

Last night here in Rapid City, South Dakota we were to have Howie Mendel at the Monument theater last night at 7:30 PM. I got up to the door and it said due to unforeseen circumstances the show is canceled. How do I try to obtain a refund I have yet to have an email showing that the show was canceled but it was canceled.

You can call Stubhub for info, but in general the cancdlation needs to be acknowledged by Stubhub before any refund will be issued by them.
