Section Floor K missing from Taylor Swift Indianapolis shows

I have tickets for sale for Nov 1 Taylor Swift show in Indianapolis and the section they are in - Floor K - is not even on the seating plan.

We are having the same issue for N3. Have called, written, chatted, emailed and called again -- no one has helped us whatsoever. Feeling frustrated considering the fees they charge us to not post a ticket... is the only option to go viral on a social media post to be heard?
