If you purchased US Open Tennis tickets with pick-up as the delivery method, you can pick your tickets up from our Service Center starting 3 hours prior to the start of the session and up to 2 hours after the start of the session. Please do not arrive earlier than 3 hours prior to your session, as we cannot guarantee your tickets will be available for pick-up.
If you purchased Mobile tickets, your tickets will be available in the StubHub app or in your StubHub account on your phone immediately after purchase or by the specified date in your confirmation email. 24-hour parking is available for cars near Grant Park in four garages as well as Soldier Field’s North Garage. There are also many other cash parking garages around the park in downtown Chicago.

What are the public transit options for getting to the festival?
If taking the CTA Train (El), the Blue Line the closest stops are the Jackson Street and the La Salle street stations. The closest Red Line stop is the Jackson street station. The Adams/Wabash stop is very close as well and the Brown, Orange, Green, Pink, and Purple Lines all make stops at this station. If customers are taking the CTA Bus, the following bus lines all make stops right up to the main entrance of the festival at Congress and Michigan Avenue: 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 26, 28, 126, 143, 147.

Where is the main entrance located, and what time do the gates open for the festival?
The main entrance to the festival will be located at Michigan & Congress, in addition to a North entrance at Columbus & Monroe. Gates will also open at 11am each day of the festival.
Do I need to register my wristband?
No, it is not necessary for attendees to register their wristbands to attend the event. If people would like to take advantage of the cashless system for the event so they can pay for things by scanning their wristband, they can register their wristband to a credit card. There will also be a tent by Buckingham Fountain at the event where the festival will have staff on hand to assist with registering wristbands for the cashless system. Can I bring a bag or backpack in to the event?
Yes but, bags will be restricted to small purses, totes and drawstring bags only. Bag size may not exceed 14” x 11” x 5” (35cm x 28cm x 12cm), or 30 linear inches (75cm) in total, and must have no more than one singular pocket or opening. Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets are prohibited. Hydration packs are allowed but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir.
Can I bring my own water in to the festival?
No, only empty hydration packs and water bottles (plastic or aluminum). Max size 36oz
Can I bring sunscreen in to the festival?
Yes, attendees may bring sealed sunscreen in to the festival as long as it is not an aerosol or spray container.
Are there lockers and mobile charging available to rent for the festival?
Yes, there are lockers and phone charging stations available to use at the festival. If you plan on using one you can go ahead and reserve one online before the event at the following link: https://www.entertainmentlockers.com/lolla-2019/ This will help ensure you lock in the best price for the festival as well.
Am I allowed to leave and re-enter the festival?
Yes, each wristband can be used to enter/re-enter the festival 3 times per day. You must be scanned upon exit at the gate in order to re-enter that same day. Ticketholders and their belongings will be searched upon entry and every re-entry to the park.
Does my child need a ticket to attend the festival and Kidzapalooza?
No, Children 10 years old and younger will be admitted free of charge with a ticket-holding adult. Limit to two children per ticketed adult.
What is the ADA accessibility like?
The designated ADA Pick Up and Drop Off location is on Monroe at Columbus Dr. Pick Up and Drop Off Only. No Parking.
Parking is not available on the festival grounds. The Millennium Park Garage and the Millennium Lakeside Garage located at 5 S. Columbus Dr. (between Randolph and Monroe on Columbus) and the Grant Park North Garage located at 25 N. Michigan (entrances on Michigan at Madison, between Randolph and Monroe) are all fully accessible.

1) Eligible Participants. An "Eligible Participant" means a StubHub user who meets, and continues to meet, the following criteria:
a) Is a registered member of www.StubHub.com with a StubHub account in good standing (no hold or suspension), is not a ticket broker and is a legal U.S. citizen or lawfully permitted resident, 18 years of age or older with a U.S. address tied to his/her StubHub account;
b) Has joined the StubHub Beyond Benefits Program (“StubHub Beyond”);
c) Accepts these StubHub Beyond Terms and Conditions and has not opted out of the StubHub Beyond by calling StubHub Beyond Premier Support at 1 (866) 788-2482 to unenroll;
d) Receives confirmation of registration from StubHub; and
e) Purchases at least $10,000 in Qualifying Spend.
f) At this time, guest checkout purchases do not qualify for this program.
2) Benefits. “Benefits” means a discount, ticket, voucher, buy-back or other item attributed to the Eligible Participant’s StubHub account and meets the following criteria for each Benefit identified herein.
a) Ticket Refund Protection Benefit.
i) 1 time per year and upon request from Eligible Participant to StubHub Beyond Premier Support, StubHub will buy-back tickets purchased by Eligible Participant on the StubHub Site, upon the following criteria:
(1) StubHub will purchase the requested tickets at 100% of the ticket price paid by Eligible Participant, if such buy-back request is made within 24 hours after purchase; or
(2) StubHub will purchase the requested tickets at 70% of the ticket price paid by Eligible Participant if such buy-back request is made after 24 hours or more after purchase and no later than 7 days after the purchase (hours are Pacific time).
ii) StubHub will not refund the requested tickets within 6 days or less before the event date. However, we can help you sell them by calling 1 (866) 788-2482.
b) Upgrade Access.
i) Solely upon availability, Eligible Participant will receive priority access to available upgraded seats at live events, upon the following criteria:
(1) Tickets to the applicable live event must be purchased on the StubHub Site by Eligible Participant;
(2) Eligible Participant must exchange their purchased ticket(s) for the upgraded ticket(s); and
(3) No guarantee that an upgrade will occur.
c) Unique Experiences.
i) Eligible Participant will have opportunities to attend StubHub hosted unique experiences (i.e. tailgates, VIP parties, special access in the venue, meet and greets, etc.) at top events (i.e. Super Bowl, U.S. Open, MLB Opening Day etc.), upon the following criteria:
(1) Tickets to the applicable top event must be purchased on the StubHub Site by Eligible Participant;
(2) Some exclusions may apply.
d) Premier Support.
i) Eligible Participant will be able to contact StubHub Beyond Premier Support at 1 (866) 788-2482.
e) Early Access to Promotions.
i) Eligible Participant will have early access to select StubHub promotions to use on purchases via the StubHub Site subject to the terms and conditions of the individual promotion.
3) Entertainment Bonuses and Discounts Benefit.
a) StubHub may from time to time notify Eligible Participant of additional offers, bonuses and/or discounts and Eligible Participant will be able to take advantage of such offers, bonuses and/or discounts in accordance with the terms and conditions accompanied by such notification.
4) “Qualifying Spend" means every payment made for a total order purchased by an Eligible Participant that meet the following criteria:
a) The total orders were purchased in a 12 month rolling period; after StubHub Beyond registration and while you are participating in the StubHub Beyond program; the 12 month period begins once the customer reaches the $10,000 threshold.
b) Purchased made via the StubHub Site; and
c) Made within a 12 month period from your confirmed registration date and each subsequent 12 month period thereafter.

5) Benefit Redemption. An Eligible Participant may redeem Benefits in accordance with the individual requirements above and the following:

b) The Benefit is valid and redeemable by an Eligible Participant for 30 days after it was issued by StubHub or such other time period as indicated by StubHub at the time the Benefit is given;
c) Benefits may not be redeemed for StubHub gift cards or parking passes;
d) Benefits will continue to be available to the Eligible Participant until that Benefit expires;
e) Any unused amount on any Benefit shall be forfeited if not redeemed before the expiration date;
f) Benefits are not transferable and have no face value;
g) Benefits cannot be used retroactively for prior purchases;
h) Benefits cannot be redeemed for cash (except as expressly set out herein); and
i) Unredeemed Benefits are forfeited if the Eligible Participant opts out of StubHub Beyond, or if StubHub terminates StubHub Beyond or the Eligible Participant's participation in this StubHub Beyond.
6) “StubHub Site” means www.StubHub.com and StubHub mobile application.
7) Other Terms and Conditions.
a) Modification and Termination.
i) StubHub reserves the right to modify or terminate StubHub Beyond at any time by sending email notice to the email addresses tied to Eligible Participant’s StubHub account. Except where stated otherwise, all amended terms will be effective three (3) days after they are emailed to you. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to opt-out of the StubHub Beyond by contacting StubHub customer service and unenrolling. StubHub may also terminate an Eligible Participant's participation in the StubHub Beyond by sending the termination notice to the email address tied to the Eligible Participant's StubHub account. Without limiting the foregoing, StubHub may suspend an Eligible Participant's participation in the StubHub Beyond indefinitely to investigate potential violations of StubHub's policies without prior notice to the Eligible Participant. If StubHub in its sole discretion believes an Eligible Participant has or is using existing StubHub accounts or creating new accounts in order to circumvent or undermine these Terms and Conditions, StubHub reserves the right to terminate the Eligible Participant's participation from the StubHub Beyond.
ii) To opt-out of this StubHub Beyond, please contact StubHub Beyond Premier at 1 (866) 788-2482. By opting out, you forfeit all accumulated Benefits.
b) Restrictions. The StubHub Beyond is void where prohibited and subject to U.S. laws.
c) Limitation of Liability. STUBHHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM STUBHUB BEYOND. Any attempt by an Eligible Participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of StubHub Beyond is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, StubHub reserves the right to revoke any Benefits and seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any attempts by an individual to access any web site associated with StubHub Beyond via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in the IP address becoming ineligible. Use of automated devices or programs to redeem Benefits is prohibited.
d) The waiver by StubHub of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by an Eligible Participant or other individual shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any other or subsequent or preceding breach by an Eligible Participant or other individual. No waiver by StubHub of any right under StubHub Beyond shall be construed as a waiver of any other right. StubHub shall not be required to give notice to enforce strict adherence to all terms of StubHub Beyond.
e) Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and StubHub Beyond will be interpreted, construed and enforced, and governed in all aspects in accordance with the exclusive jurisdiction and laws of the state of California. Any cause of action arising under or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in a court in Santa Clara County, CA.

Today we are excited to share our updated community with our customers! Along with a bright new look and feel, you will discover new features to help make your experience with our community more enjoyable. Here is a breakdown of our new features, but feel free to explore them for yourself!
Your latest stats: Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to see your community stats right from the homepage! In one glance you’ll be able to see the number of posts, likes received, likes given, the number of your accepted solutions, as well as a quick link to your most recent notification. It’s all right there so you don’t need to go digging to see how great you’re doing!
Forums: We’ve broken down our forum topics to help you find the answers you’re looking for as quickly as possible. From the homepage, you’ll see main topics under ‘Browse the forums’. As you dive deeper you will be able to easily navigate your way between topics and discussions.
Community activity: Looking to share your StubHub knowledge with other customers, but don’t know where to start? Now you can find discussion that haven’t received comments yet under the ‘Unanswered’ tab on the community homepage, as well as on forum boards. Maybe you are more interested in the hottest discussions? By clicking ‘Recent’ you’ll see discussions that were most recently commented on!
Profiles: User profiles have also received a little bit of pampering! Not only are the new profiles bright and clean, user stats are now displayed at the top of your profile, along with a new ‘Online’/’Offline’ status. You can add a bio to your profile too by going to your profile Settings > Personal Information > Biography. This is the place to tell the StubHub Community who your favorite bands, teams, or events are!
Trending Topics: Have you noticed our Trending Topics scrolling by? Jump in and check out what fellow fans are talking about in our Community!
Better Search: Never get lost in our Community. We added search functionality all over the place! Whether you're deep into a thread and don't want to scroll back to the top, navigate from the bottom search to discover a new topic.
