Venue Map is missing rows

Queen Elizabeth Theatre Vancouver is missing rows A-C in the Orchestra. These are before Row 1.

I am trying to post tickets for Seinfeld in Row B on February 23rd in the right orchestra but they keep appearing on the balcony and not in the orchestra.
