57 days since the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix were I had to sell 3 tickets due to a family sickness emergency.
I'm owed over $2,000. I have 2 bank accounts that work perfectly (I use them for my international business transactions). I also have my Paypal that works great too - also used for business. So, three perfectly fine options. That said, I've contacted Stubhub every week since September for updates, but I get no reply or no call backs to determine what - if anything - is wrong. Just complete silence.
I am now considering legal action as they're just ignoring my communication.
Does anyone have any advice or how I can take this to the next stage? I have the means to locate Executive's emails and phone numbers, so considering this next.
