No idea how this happened, but I had a pair of tickets for a show in December listed for $288.00 each, which sold. However, the payout amount on the pair shows a total of $3.56 ($1.78 each). I spoke to Stubhub and they assured me that the sale show the correct price on their end, and that it was escalated to be fixed. That was 2.5 months ago, but the payout still shows the same $3.56 and every time I call, I am given the same "someone will get back to you in 5 days." When I email, I get no response.
I have made it clear that I won't fulfil the sale with them showing a 99.9% commission, but know darn well that if I don't send the tickets, I will get hit with an inflated charge many times the sale price. I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do next seeing as we have zero control over their ability to charge any amount they choose any time they want, regardless of being completely at fault and acknowledging it over the phone.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
