I used the approved secondary market to sell a couple NFR tickets I could not use.
Two tickets for 12/5 event were paid to me on 12/11.
Two tickets for 12/13 event were paid to me on 12/19.
BUT, two tickets for 12/9 event (in between these other two) still have not been paid. Stub Hub's excuse is there is something wrong with my PayPal account but they used it successfully four days prior and 4 days after.
I think they give you a runaround to hold on to your money in hopes you give up.
The 'sales team' says it is the 'payment team' who is responsible but you can't talk to them.
$3,000 is not a lot of money but may be worth hiring an attorney. I would bet judge would side on my side especially after seeing many, many, many examples of Stub Hub doing this to people.
I am in the same boat...I have been trying to get paid for tickets I sold the week before Christmas. My pay-out methods keep getting denied. I have spoken with three agents, who all tell me simply to read the email as to how to add a new pay-out method. I have tried them all! It is completely frustrating...and they have no information to help me. I tried one last time to add a pay-out method; if it doesn't work, I am going to report to Consumer Protection.
