Sold and transferred tickets to Soulshine at MSG face value 

was notified by stub hub that they consider this a cancelled  event since it is a fundraiser 

I requested my tickets be put back into my Ticketmaster account 

stub hub said they have to contact the buyer before they can be released back to me

Four days later they still waiting for tickets to be returned to me 

I called stub hub three times - escalating request

 I want my tickets back so I can use them since they aren’t allowing the sale

however they’re,Ian in possession of buyer who will probably use them 

stub hub - where’s my money?

Same here.  They are stealing from us.  Its their mistake -- shouldn't have allowed purchases or sales if they didn't want people reselling tickets.  They are unwilling to do anything.  Tickets won't get returned because they already refunded the buyer -- who now has free tickets.  Won't pay us because they screwed up.  This is robbery.
