I pre-uploaded two tickets to Taylor Swift in Miami Oct 18th. I got email that tickets sold. I got email that buyer accepted one ticket. Then a phone call from stubhub asking about second ticket. I informed that both tickets were preuploaded exactly the same way. Stubhub person asked that I respond to the email they were sending me with screenshots that I had uploaded both. I did this and got a response email from stubhub thanking me and saying they would let me know if anything further was needed. I never heard anything else. However, I also have not been paid. Everytime I email customer service I get a response saying they are still investigating and need 3 business days. It is now Dec 1 and I’ve heard nothing back nor have I been paid. If there was an issue on stubhub’s end with the preupload, I can’t help that. I never had access to the buyer’s email and I have an email from stubhub acknowledging that. What to do now? Has this happened to anyone else?
