Trying to sell MLB tickets and they are hidden because they are not "recommended" by Stubhub. In many years of selling I understand that if I'm selling tickets in Row A and there are cheaper tickets than mine in Row A, mine will be hidden. But, Stubhub appears to have changed the logic. There are now several games where all tickets in Row A are hidden, including mine. The lowest row visible is Row B. The logic fails to realize that Row A tickets (directly behind the dugout) are much more valuable than tickets in the second row behind the dugout. There is no reason for Stubhub not to show the lowest priced tickets in Row A. This will severely impact my ability to sell tickets since most buyers don't know to un-click "recommended" in the filters. Please fix this and go back to the way it has been for years.
Hi @Simon562
The recommended filter is a joke. It used to be that tickets were hidden if other seats in same row and section were cheaper.
recently I my tickets were hidden and the only seats showing in section were 2,000 more. The seats were better, 10 rows closer, not 2,000
most buyers do not know to turn off filter. Stubhub should just remove it
This particular issue had been fixed. Didn't mean to bring it back to the top. But a new issue around the recommended filter developed today, which I have posted separately.
