Dear Sirs:
Sure enough, the sale of my tickets for the Ravens Vs Steelers Game could not be completed. But this was for reasons beyond my control, since I bought those tickets from StubHub on July 2nd (of whose purchase I attach proof ID 538445699) paying them $557.00 USD for those tickets.
These tickets were never sent to me in my mail since they were electronic tickets, even though I asked for them on two or three occasions, and your response to me was always, they are not released by the stadium yet but don't worry they will arrive on time.
When I found out that for reasons of my work schedule I would not be able to attend the game since I live in Mexico City, I decided to sell these tickets here, and in fact there were two people who were interested in them but since I did not have those tickets I could not sell them, for that reason I came to you again to sell them through your page, these tickets were sold by you (Order ID 548660027) but I could never resend them because you never gave them to me. I was in contact with your customer service in the US and even in Spain to find someone qho speaks spanish both by phone and chat, both said ther will be no problema we already make a note on this matter, but you still kept sending me emails asking me to send the tickets and conclude the sale, which was obviously impossible for me.
Finally the date and time of the game arrived and I couldn't have the tickets, so I couldn't send them to the buyer.
That same day of the game, my credit card was charged by you for 75 USD as a penalty for not having concluded the sale, that is, I spent a total of $632.00 USD on tickets that I never received, even though I am supposed to be protected by your fan protect guarantee.
I have bought tickets with you in the past several times and I have never had a problem so I feel disappointed this time, and I would appreciate it if you would please review this matter and refund me both, the amount of the $557 USD tickets and the $75 penalty I received.
Thank you for your attention and I look forward to what you will be able to resolve.
Kind regards,
José Homero Ontiveros E.
