I am selling Red Sox tickets and am trying to indicate that they offer free popcorn. There is no way to do so, since it is not one of your options. Both your chatbot and an agent said that it was possible for me to write in comments and both pushed me toward the "Edit Listing" section. I promise, there is no place there for me to add my own comments. Can you tell me how?
After the representative (Mynor) couldn't find how to do it, he simply disconnected me. Doesn't give me a lot of faith in StubHub.
