I've listed tickets for a few MLB games, I provided the seat numbers and barcodes. Everything was valid however on my listings the seat numbers do not show. I ran into this issue last year as well. I escalated it last year but it never got fixed. I just escalated it again but was curious if this has happened to anyone else and if so were you able to get it fixed?
I have called a few times and they say it’s been escalated but it’s still not resolved. I’ve tried listing from different browsers, my phone instead of desktop, a different stubhub account and nothing works. Definitely frustrating.
