Ordered moster jam tickets for my son and I. They gave me the wrong time for the tickets i chose 1pm they gave me 7pm which i could not do. They said they would give me alternative tickets trusting that they would. But nope no alternative tickets were available. I chose the refund think it would take 1 to 2 days the guy said it will take 10 DAYS. Their goal to be above and beyond is totally false and lies beware people stub hub is a scam!
