Ive been trying to find an email address to send a thank you note. Last night we tried to attend an event and the tickets were sold to us frauduletly. We called the 1 800 Number and Sarah was able to help immediately. Within minutes new tickets were sent to us and we were able to still get in on time (not to mention the new seats were amazing!).
Not sure who to say thank you to or how to get in touch, so just leaving it here. We really appreciate the attentiveness and highly recommend Stubhub. We never had a problem before this and considering the response dont consider this a problem!
We will be back at the second round on Saturday and will get our tickets through Stubhub.
