Hi @asfl1 Unfortunately there is little you can do to prevent fake claims by buyers. This only happens in a very small percentage of cases. You will be paid even if the buyer never uses the ticket as long as the tickets were sent to the correct email (keep the confirm of transfer email) AND you confirm the transfer in your open sales.
