Same experience. I bought tickets nine months ago for a concert that was canceled. Called over and over and get all the same responses as you! My concert was canceled all the way back in April 2024. All communications have stopped, the event sits as postponed on the site and I have tried like hell to get my money refunded to me and can't! This has been a huge mistake to use this site for tickets! ... View more
