Same experience. I bought tickets nine months ago for a concert that was canceled. Called over and over and get all the same responses as you! It is very frustrating and for me it is alot of money also. I would really appreciate a refund as I have received nothing for my money. To me my money feels stolen! Hi @TM71    What event?  Has the artist or the venue cancelled the event?  If Stubhub does not have proof of the event being cancelled they will declare it postponed which means you are in limbo until the event is rescheduled (your tickets good for the new date) or cancelled (you get a refund) ... View more
