Hi @gbeaulac2 Did you ever receive an email from Ticketmaster or AXS etc offering you to accept tickets? If so and if you accepted you need to go to that site and transfer the tickets to your buyer. Keep the email you receive after the transfer. Finally after you have transferred the tickets go to your open sales in Stubhub and confirm the transfer has been made if you still have issues call stubhub at 866-stubhub
