The ticketpreupload email address is for transferring the ticket BEFORE its sold. It may be confusing if that email is still visible after it sells. But, when the ticket sells you should get the buyers email. If the ticket has not been accepted, you can cancel the transfer in Ticketmaster, then transfer it to the buyer.
