All your questions can be answered in one way. The seller is obligated to deliver tickets by the date that was on the listing. So if that is after Christmas then no you won’t have them in time for Christmas. And while the seller is supposed to deliver the tickets there is enough complaints on here that it’s possible you will not get them. As for cancellation of the sale you can’t do that. And if you dispute with credit card company while your delivery date has not come yet then you’d probably lose the dispute.
