I recently sold tickets to Usher concert in Las vegas. Everything went pretty smoothly however I was supposed to receive payment today and received an email from StubHub saying that I had not selected a default payment method. I went into my accounts settings payments and selected a default payment. After selecting default payment I went back to check the status and it says payment failed. What is this? Am I expecting them to attempt to pay me again later today? Also what is the contact number for stubhub?
