This is hilarious! Stubhub customer service told me, literally, the exact opposite of this yesterday. I was told, in no uncertain terms, that the reason why I could not list the tickets I had purchased the day earlier was... that the seller from whom I purchased these tickets had not yet delivered the tickets to me. Classic Stubhub. Talk to two people (based in some sh%$hole country who cannot communicate in English or any major European language properly) and get three answers, none of which explain the situation or resolve anything. I often end up more confused after talking to Stubhub than I was before I reached out.
