Yeah, on my account at least, I've actually had the issue they described to you for a very long time. It's only for mobile transfer tickets. Once they've been transferred, I haven't had a relist button show for a really long time. It does however continue to show when PDF tickets are delivered and I believe they type of transfer where Stubhub automatically forwards the ticket transfer to the buyer. Leads me to believe this is more of a bug that was never fixed, but who knows. But, the weird thing with the order I wrote this post about: I tried to relist right after purchasing and BEFORE the tickets were delivered, but it still wasn't possible. No idea what the intended behavior is, if anything actually changed or if these are just random bugs.
