This happened to me too. Spent lots of money on tickets (which StubHub promptly took) only to be later told I should not expect tickets till 4:30 PM day of event. That time passes and I still have no tickets. On top of all this stress and wasted energy and phone calls, StubHub’s “replacement tickets” for these situations, which they say are similar, were way, way worse than the ones I paid for. Tickets I paid for were front row of a center section looking directly at the center of the stage. Replacement tickets were behind the stage!! StubHub customer service’s response to all of this was just “SOL.”
