The same thing happened to me and I’ve been fighting with StubHub for over three months. I have gotten mostly, we are escalating this issue, but I have also received a check your bank account. You should get a refund in five days. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and I’m spamming every possible way I can to let people know how awful StubHub is. Did you ever receive your refund? I have been dealing with this with StubHub for three months now. I did file a dispute with my credit card, but do not have a resolution yet. I called StubHub weekly and get the same runaround about this has been escalated…your refund will take five days… I will return your phone call, but don’t call back because it will start the process over again (of course no one ever calls me back). I don’t care if they close out my account, I would never ever use StubHub again and will tell everyone I know not to. ... View more
