I’ve been waiting for a payment for over 40 days now, and still haven’t received anything. I contacted support multiple times, provided all the required documents including my ITIN (since I don’t have an SSN), and followed every step they asked. But instead of helping, they just keep sending generic replies and making excuses — and then go silent. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve handled a similar situation with Ticketmaster before. They had no problem processing my payment using just my ITIN, and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. This app, on the other hand, has been nothing but delays and unhelpful responses. If other companies can manage it, there’s absolutely no excuse for this kind of treatment. I’m done with this app, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting reliable support or timely payments.
