I sold my tickets via StubHub on 3/19/25, I followed all the instructions via the email that was sent by StubHub telling me to transfer to the email address listed in the note via Ticketmaster, which I did and they were accepted by that person as shown in the supporting documentation. I received an email saying my tickets were delivered and I would be paid in 5-8 days. Two days later I received another email from StubHub saying I needed to Re-transfer the tickets, as I had already sent and they were accepted I would not have any further access to the tickets to do so, then I received an email saying the sale was cancelled - so at this point I have sent the tickets and have no recourse on how to retrieve, presumably this person has the tickets and is saying otherwise. I have reached out to StubHub upwards of 20 times at this point and have been told it has been escalated to multiple different teams but each time I receive the same response that I will just have to wait and most recently was told 30-45 days. The event was 3/22/25 so I am already a month out and have not heard any positive update outside of the representatives telling me that they see I did everything correctly on their end but they have to escalate.
