My event occurred 15 days ago... my payment said it should be deposited 4/15/25. I still have not received anything and customer service can only say they are internally escalating my case to the "relevant department." Anyone have any advice or help on how to reach and actually get help from stub hub??? This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

This is NOT accurate information!!! My event occurred 15 days ago and I am still waiting for payment!!! I have reached out to customer service so many times and the only answer they can give me is they are escalating it to the "relevant department" I am beyond frustrated!!!!!
