The same thing happened to me and I’ve been fighting with StubHub for over three months. I have gotten mostly, we are escalating this issue, but I have also received a check your bank account. You should get a refund in five days. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and I’m spamming every possible way I can to let people know how awful StubHub is. I don’t know if it’ll help, but it makes me feel better. I’m out $1200.
