If you purchased from Stubhub then Stubhub needs to do the refund, not the rodeo. When the cancelation info is in Stubhub's system then they should procss the refund, but their customer service is terrible so you might not have a smooth refund process. I see that the concert was already underway before it got canceled so that is an issue that might give you a problem getting Stubhub to acknowledged that the show didn't happen so good luck.
