I purchased 2 tickets for Glengary Glen Ross on April 12th for the 2pm show in NYC however when it came time to download the tickets I noticed that they are for the 8pm show not 2pm. We have dinner plans and want to attend the 2pm show. Stub Hub customer service is not being very responsive after a 40 min wait on hold the issue was not resolved. I sent them proof that clearly I ordered the 2pm show tickets and they are for the 8pm.
has anyone had any experience being sent wrong tickets? How was the situation resolved?
