I purchased two tickets this morning for an event in Knoxville. That transaction went smoothly. About an hour later I bout 3 more tickets for the same event and received the email to accept tickets. When i try, it takes me to the tickets where a slider bar is moving left to right across the bar code but tickets will not load. This order is not showing up on my stubhub account either. The first purchase is showing.
